CME Transcripts

Now there are two ways to get your transcripts. You can submit a Transcript Request form, or access transcripts with activity after 2017 through your User Account.

Would you like to access these online without delay? Follow the steps below to access your transcripts online now:

1. Sign In. Then your name will appear in the top right corner of the site.
2. Click the small arrow to the right of your name.
3. Click My Credits.
4. In the My Credits section, you can click the Download Transcript button to retrieve a report of items in a certain date range after 2017. Alternatively, you can view your courses on the page and download individual certificate for each course.
